All orders placed before 2.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.

For customers outside the EU the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.


We can refund or exchange any Bella Freud product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging as long as we are notified within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package within 14 working days. We will only refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error i.e. we sent you the wrong item. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. Please send an email to [email protected] for authorisation before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without authorisation from Bella Freud customer care. In your email, please specify your order number and reason for return or exchange.
