Returns

In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy. For orders placed from 16th November 2024, you have until 3rd January 2025 to request your return. From that point, you have 7 days to return your order(s) back to us.

We can refund or exchange any Bella Freud product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
