Holiday Shipping Dates 

To ensure your delivery arrives on or before 24th December 2024, please order by:

UK Express Royal Mail Delivery (1-2 business days): 19th December 2024.

DPD Next Day Delivery: 12pm 20th December 2024.

Deliveries outside of the UK may take slightly longer than stated during peak times so please leave yourself plenty of time to receive before Christmas

 

Delivery

All orders placed before 2.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Any orders placed during Bank Holidays, or after 2.00pm GMT on the day prior, your order will be shipped out on the following business day.

Please be aware that during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and Sale deliveries may take slightly longer than advertised 

 

Holiday Return Policy

In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy. For orders placed from 16th November 2024, you have until 3rd January 2025 to request your return. From that point, you have 7 days to return your order(s) back to us.

  

Store Pick Up

Items that are eligible for store pick-up are ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be picked up. Once the ready-for-pick-up email has been sent orders will be held for a Month after which we will send you a reminder email. If we do not hear back from you or if you are not able to pick up your order we will offer the option to have it shipped to you at an extra cost or offer a store credit for the amount.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

For customers outside the UK the website will automatically display prices without UK sales tax. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.


UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

For customers based in the United States, orders are now shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price displayed on the website (where the individual product or total order value is over the relevant country duty threshold). Bella Freud LTD will account to the relevant authorities for all duty payable. You can view our US website on www.us.bellafreud.com.

GIFT WRAP

Our gift wrap option includes a signature Bella Freud gift box for, available in three sizes, items wrapped in branded tissue paper and sealed with our signature dog sticker. You also have the option of including a printed personalised gift message with your order. The invoice and price of the item will be excluded.  Should you wish to return the order for any reason, you must follow our returns policy as per below. Please note we will refund/exchange your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping and gift wrap.

We can refund or exchange any Bella Freud product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging, excluding gift wrap packaging which is exempt, as long as we are notified within 14 days of delivery.

We will only refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error i.e. we sent you the wrong item. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. Kindly note that your order or some items may be sent from our Chiltern Street Store, but you may return your items to the online Bella Freud Returns location at Airbox Fulfilment in Hounslow, England.

International

We can refund or exchange any Bella Freud product in new, unworn condition with its original tags and packaging, excluding gift wrap packaging which is exempt, as long as this arrives back with us within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping to the account with which you made your purchase. Please allow 10 working days from receipt of your return in order for us to process the order and for the money to appear visible in your account.

We have your exchnage sent out on a complimentrary service within 3 - 5 working days from receiving your return package. Some clients prefer dropping this off at your local Royal Mail Post Office and Post Office service point but this is completely up to you.
