Job Title: Product Assistant
Reports To: Production & Operations Manager / Product Development Manager

Main Purpose of Role
As Product Assistant, you will support the end-to-end product lifecycle across development, production and operations, ensuring product data accuracy, smooth workflow coordination and timely delivery across all stages.
Working closely with Product Development and Production, you will play a key role in maintaining systems, managing critical path updates and supporting cross‑functional communication. This role provides exposure to both technical product development and operational processes, contributing to efficient delivery while developing a strong foundation within the business.
Responsibilities
Product Development
- Support the creation and maintenance of tech packs, product setup and data accuracy within Zedonk and PLM systems
- Assist with sample management, including tracking shipments, monitoring deliveries and escalating delays or issues
- Support fittings, sample measurements and quality control processes, preparing QC feedback for vendors
- Maintain development files, fabric library, vendor manuals and product documentation
- Ensure all product information is consistently updated and accurate across systems
Production
- Support the management and tracking of Purchase Orders and production documentation, including packing lists and QC requests
- Monitor bulk production timelines and raw material deliveries, ensuring alignment with the critical path
- Maintain and update trackers (including SOH), ensuring stakeholders are informed of any changes
- Assist with inbound shipments, stock movements and warehouse coordination
- Support packaging, labelling and gifting requirements where needed
Operations
- Process wholesale and customer orders, including sales orders, invoices, credit notes and returns
- Track deliveries, manage stock allocation and communicate updates across internal teams
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring system accuracy is maintained
- Support reporting and stock analysis, providing clear and reliable data to Finance, Sales and Warehouse teams
Additional Responsibilities & Development
- Support trade shows, sample sales and related operational activities
- Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and support process efficiency
- Develop understanding of product lifecycle, systems and operational strategy
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider Product team as required
Person Specification
Qualifications
- Essential:
- Strong organisational and data management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Zedonk)
Relevant Experience
- Essential:
- Previous internship or experience within fashion, retail or a related environment
- Desirable:
- Exposure to product development, production or operations
