Bella Freud Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Bella Freud, located at:

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over,
excluding employees of Bella Freud, their immediate families, agents, or anyone
professionally connected with this competition.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must complete and submit the Bella Freud survey
during the promotional period.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4. Promotional Period
The competition runs from 22/05/2025 to 16/06/2025.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize Details
There are two (2) prizes available. Each prize consists of a £1,000 gift voucher, redeemable
exclusively at www.bellafreud.com.
- The total prize value is £2,000.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Bella Freud reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if
circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing
date.
- Winners will be contacted via email using the details provided in the survey.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Bella Freud reserves the right
to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that, if selected as a winner, their first name
and surname initial may be used in promotional materials or announcements related to this
competition.

8. Data Protection
Personal data submitted in connection with this competition will be processed in
accordance with Bella Freud’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Data will only be used for the administration of this competition unless explicit consent is
given for other purposes.

9. General
- Bella Freud reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these
terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
- The promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
