If your order has already been sent
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will still need to return the item to us before your refund can be completed.

Using the returns portal is important, as it allows us to process your return correctly and manage any duties, taxes or import charges linked to your order.
Please do not return your order using an alternative courier, address or process unless we have specifically instructed you to do so. Returning outside the portal may delay your refund and may result in additional return shipping costs, customs charges, courier charges or unrecoverable import costs.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
For international customers, where a return shipping fee is charged through our returns portal, we will issue the equivalent value back to you as Bella Freud store credit once your return has been received and accepted.
