WHY WE LOVE THE Mens 1970 Jumper

While messing around on my photocopier I spied the date 1970 printed in the corner of the catalogue I was leafing through. This date looked good. I kept blowing it up, then cut it out and pinned the strip of white paper onto my black jumper. It had a charm, like a cool record cover. I had read somewhere in a Coco Chanel biography, that she advised women to invest in a string of pearls because it reflected a luminescent glow onto the face. What I was looking at made me think of the early New York punk scene, and Patti Smith. This white stripe with the black writing is like a Punk string of pearls. Merino wool crew neck jumper with '1970' intarsia. Ribbed neck, hem and cuffs. Model is size Medium wearing a size Medium, height 6"1.5.
